Our Appreciation and Sympathy

Plaque honoring Garth GengeOn Monday, November 14, the community lost Garth Genge, our extraordinary City Planner and Project Supervisor for the Montpelier Senior Activity Center. If any one person can be said to be responsible for the amazingly quick and clever rebuilding of the Center, it was he. The plaque above was our attempt to express to him and his family how grateful we are for his work for us; now it must serve to remind his family of our deep sympathy for their loss.

A memorial service for Garth was held Friday, November 18, at the City Hall Auditorium.
